Do you deliver nationwide in Malawi?
Yes — we deliver across all three regions (Northern, Central, Southern). Orders over MWK 500,000 ship free via standard delivery nationwide; smaller orders use Speed Couriers or Ankolo Couriers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer to our Malawi accounts and Cash on Delivery (COD) for signed-in accounts with a verified mobile number. Online card and mobile-money gateways are not offered on this storefront today (regional merchant coverage). Pay by transfer, COD, or in store at our Blantyre showroom.
Are your products genuine and under warranty?
Every product is sourced from authorised distributors and ships with the manufacturer's official Malawi warranty. Receipts and warranty cards are included in the box.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes — unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Defective units are covered by warranty for repair or replacement.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if the returned item is opened or not in resalable condition. Unopened products in original packaging are refunded in full. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Chichiri Shopping Mall, opposite Kodak Studios, Blantyre. Open Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 1:30 – 5:00 PM. Closed Sundays and public holidays.

Do you offer layaway or instalments?
Yes — we offer layby: reserve with a 30% deposit and pay the balance over up to 8 weeks. No interest, no fees — you never pay more than the product price. Goods ship or are collected once fully paid. Arrange via WhatsApp +265 995 554 449 or in store at our Blantyre showroom; cancel any time before completion for a full refund of what you've paid.
How are delivery dates estimated?
Standard delivery is 1–2 business days in Southern (from our Blantyre showroom), 2–4 in Central, and 4–7 in Northern. Express is faster. Pickup at Chichiri is same-day during business hours.
What if my product arrives damaged or dead on arrival (DOA)?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement, or a full refund if the item is out of stock. DOA claims are separate from the standard 7-day return window.
Is it safe to pay with my card on your website?
We use TLS encryption on every page. Live checkout today is bank transfer and cash on delivery — we don't accept card payments, so your card details are never collected or stored by us.
Can I pick up my order from your Blantyre showroom?
Yes — select 'Showroom Pickup' at checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready (usually within 2–4 hours during business hours). Bring your order number and ID for collection at Chichiri Shopping Mall.
